We are excited to have you participate. Please read the following instructions and feel free to ask any questions prior to completing and submitting the attached application below.

Terms and conditions:

  • This is a shared expense program between the property owner and the City of Indian Hills. You agree to pay half the total cost of the tree and services provided. The total cost this year is expected to be $575. This means you pay $287.50, and the City pays the other half, $287.50.
  • The trees are offered to any private property owner resident of the City of Indian Hills.
  • The program is limited to one tree per household.
  • The tree must be planted in the front or side yard.
  • The species you choose must be approved by the arborist, according to availability.
  • Your application will be entered in a drawing. If your name is drawn, you will be contacted with further instructions about the arborist site visit. Payment will be required at that time.
  • Elected officials and committee members are not eligible.

Tulip Poplar      Black Cherry      Scarlet Oak      White Oak      Bald Cypress
